Google search gives a similar discussion on this forum, but somehow i couldn't find in imxcommunity.org web site. Anyway i have a fresh iMX53 Linux BSP (L2.6.35_11.09.01) install on Ubuntu 11.04 with latest FSL Linux_20201112_20patch_bundle applied. Build of minimum profile interrupted by imx-lib errors, error messages given below. If i remove imx-lib option, build finishes successfully.
