i.MX6QD flexcan TX signal

Hi, I have a flexcan TX (output) signal doesn't working. I check with multimeter it's connected to the right micro ball but it's programmed as input... with a light 1kohm to gnd the signal fall low as an input pin. At the same time the flexcan RX (input) it seems working good. I can't understand how this is possible. Are there any driver updated or SW tool test for check this item? I'm working on i.MX6 Quad and Dual. Tks, rgds, Davide

and test with Demo Images
