Unable to flash the boot image in FlexSPI NOR flash ImxRT1175CVM8(Custom board)

I debugged with Jlink segger. The program is downloaded in a flash. But while in debugging when it hits  /* Set 1.125V for production samples to align with data sheet requirement */
DCDC_SetVDD1P0BuckModeTargetVoltage(DCDC, kDCDC_1P0BuckTarget1P125V) it is getting crashed( 0xdeadbee).
