We're currently working on an application where we need to use multiple cameras and stream from them simultaneously. We're planning to use FDP Link or GMSL cameras for this. However, we've noticed that the i.MX8MP doesn't support virtual channels.
I have a couple of questions:
- What are the limitations with the i.MX8MP in this context?
- Is there another MPU recommended by NXP that could handle this better?
We already have a product using the i.MX8MP, so any suggestions would be really helpful. If you could provide specific feedback regarding the i.MX8MP, that would be great.
