I am designing a board using i.MX8M Plus
I have performed a PI(AC) analysis of VDD_SOC, VDD_ARM, and NVCC_DRAM_1V1 and found that they exceed the target impedance listed in the hardware design guide at around 20MHz and at around 100MHz.
The 8MPLUSLPD4-CPU evaluation board schematic has a small number of 10uF and a large number of 1uF decoupling capacitors, and the same constants are provided in the same numbers on the board where the analysis was performed.
It is assumed that on-chip or on-die capacitors are implemented in the chip because without small capacitors on the board, the impedance cannot be reduced at frequencies above 20 MHz.
Is it possible to know the constants and number of on-chip capacitors?
