How do we read digital pulses from encoders which can have a frequency range 1Hz to 15KHz on i.mx287. The reference manual for i.mx287 has information about the PWM output pins and doesn't mentions anything about reading PWM inputs. Does i.mx287 cannot read PWM inputs.
What is the possible solution to read PWM inputs if i.mx287 doesn't supports it?
Can it be done using HSADC?
Does other SoM in i.MX series support PWM inputs?
Can I read PWM inputs of the specified range using external peripherals which gives output understandable to i.MX287?
