Unable to program flash on TWR-KW24D512

While trying to flash twrkw24d512_thread_router_eligible_device on  TWR-KW24D512, I'm getting an error complaining "protection bytes in flash at addr. 0x400 - 0x40F indicate that readout protection is set and mass erase is disabled". Not sure what can be done. Please help.

The issue was with the connector used. Problem resolved after installing driver from P&E Microcomputer Systems: Over 30 years as an Industry leader in Embedded Systems Development Tools...  

USB was used to debug.
