Hi Ayden Hong:

The executable file "flashloader.exe" is part of the Test Tool application and there is no manual to use it as a freestanding program.

The Firmware Loader is one of the Test Tool applications,  to flash new firmware into the supported MCUs. The

NXP Test Tool User’s Guide describes how to use this functionality. This guide can be found in the Test Tool's Documentation in the following path:

…\Test Tool 12.9.1.0\Documentation\TTUG.pdf

If what you are interested in is a  standalone flash programming utility please take a look at our MCU bootloader (MCUboot).

NXP supplies a special package for the KW36, Kinetis KW36/KW35 Bootloader (MCUBoot). You can download it in the link below:

Inside the package you can find the documents Kinetis KW36 Bootloader Release Notes and MCU Bootloader Demo Application User's Guide. These describe how to use the MCU bootloader to load an application on a Kinetis device.
