Urgent! CW v5.2 license failed issue!

I've try to register the codewarrior license for CW v5.2.But it made error as below picture when I open the CW-HCS12X: CodeWarrior^® Development Studio for HCS12(X) Microcontrollers (Classic IDE) v5.2.

The worse is the maximum number of returns is reached.So I really need your help.Appreciation for your feedback!

Hi,

It seems you are using a floating license.

Have you setup the licensing server and/or updated the server side license?

If your licensing server is up and running and the license.dat  file on the server side includes the license to this CodeWarrior I'd sugest to check if you are able to connect to the licensing server from your client machine:

You can use e.g. telnet and create a TCP connection to the server "MYPC001" default port is 1700.

If you cannot connect I'd suspect that your firewall is blocking the connection.
