The problem appears when I try to return my old license, to generate a new one. (Server IP is changed!!)
The message is “The maximum number of return is reached, contact your product vendor if you need help”.
What I’m doing wrong? Are there any problem in my account?
I have already contacted support service with the information below, but my development schedule is too urgent for help.
