Datasheet of J2H145 /smart MX2 P60 Family

Hi,

I am currently implementing the secure element J2H145 in a pcb, and I am looking for the datasheet of this component.

I only get the general specification of Smart MX2 family, but there is not enough detail on this document.

Could you please tell me wher i can find the datasheet? If the datasheet is not available online, could you tell me how I can get it? Thanks a lot for your quick help.
