I am working with the S32G274A and need to understand what each of the BIST tests do to confirm if they cover a needed type of test. Is there a document that goes into detail explain what the individual BIST tests do and if so, where can it be found?
I have access to S32G_SPD_BIST_UM.pdf that explains how to run the BIST tests and S32G_Bist_Configurations.xlsx that shows the "BIST Instance Name". For example, it lists as a MBIST: ENET_EST, but neither file explains what the test does.
