What is the simplest and cheapest way to program the S32k146

What is the simplest and cheapest way to program the S32k146 (just development, no production).

I will use the JTAG SWD Pins to program the Device.

Also the S32 design Studio and other NXP Tools are used.

It would be very nice to use the NXP 'MCU-Link' or something comparable like this, is this possible?

Hello,

well you can use OpenSDA.

But for some basic debugging I recommend at least PEMicro or segger.
