in the list of S32K3 - Real-Time Drivers for Cortex-M packages, I see different SW quality status: RTM, EAR, BETA, etc.
Is there a description of such SW quality status terms by any chance?

EAR and BETA releases are not fully qualified and tested. EAR and BETA releases are release candidates that can be used by customer for development and qualification. Is not recommended to be used in production. For more details, check the Release notes document.

There is a Quality Package for the Ready To Manufacture version but not for the Early Access Release.
You can find the package in your NXP SW account.
You should be able to access it through the S32K3 Standard Software link:
