S32K312 & S32K344 172PIN package hardware design can be compatible

Hi, Due to the shortage of samples, I now want to use S32K312NHT0VPBST for prototype test. I wonder whether the schematic diagram can be designed directly according to S32K344 172PIN?  Because S32K344 will be used to make products later.  During the design of power supply, I found that these two places are different in the manual. What is the purpose of the blue dotted box?  Are S32K312NHT0VPBST and S32K344 compatible on the hardware?  Thank you very much!
