S32K312 CMU triggers bus fault

I want to monitor the fxosc via cmu, and I need to test the effectiveness of cmu. I set the fxosc to 20MHz, which the real frequency on the board is 16MHz, it should result in an interrupt, but it result in a bus fault. The picture attached is the setting of cmu, please help me to check the settings.

I guess the bus fault comes from you set the fxosc to 20MHz, but the real frequency on the board is 16MHz. On k312, fxosc is source clock of PLL and the difference you made on fxosc makes PLL configuration is invalid.

I would like to add some information about it, it hit the CMU0_FC interrupt, and every time it triggers the fault because of reading a global variable to an internal variable, as the attached picture show.
