Ballast Circuit and Crystal input Voltage

Hi,

We are using S32K322 100-Pin in our design. As per the datasheet, the V15 is powering from the 3.3V through a Ballast Transistor. The transistor is controlled by VCTRL pin in the microcontroller.

What is the Voltage/ Freq of VCTRL pin while controlling the ballast circuit?

What is the Extal Crystal enable pins voltage?

This is liner regulator, it controls the VRC_CTRL continuously in the VDD_HV_NPN range.

The EXTAL voltage depends on FXOSC_CTRL[ALC_D].
