Linux BSP 40.0

i am trying to build Linux BSP 40.0 in my ubuntu PC. I am facing "task failed at exit code 1" error. Which Ubuntu version should i use?

Thanks for the question.

As indicated from BSP40 UM:

“All the steps described below have been run and validated on Ubuntu-20.04 LTS (native or through a virtual machine). It is then recommended to install Ubuntu-20.04 LTS before going through the following sections.”

As a result, we recommend using Ubuntu 20.04 for building the BSP, before the building, please do not forget installing necessary packages by running the following script from Yocto installed path:

./sources/meta-alb/scripts/host-prepare.sh
