Difference between Single Die(S29GL01) and Double Die (S70GL02)

Hi All,

I am using Flash Device: S29GL01 in Codewarrior Flashprogrammer. I want to know is there any difference between S29GL01(Single Die) and S70GL02(Double die- Two S29GL01 connected in parallel).

Hi All,

S70GL02GS is dual die comprising of two S29GL01GS Device. According to the datasheet there is no big difference among them. There are some important difference when I consider the Flashprogrammer algorithm.

Sector Count for S70GL02GS is 2048.

Sector Count for S29GL01GS/S29GL01GP is is 1024
