Where can I download the MPC8548 Device Errata?

Hello.
I can't find the Device Errata for the MPC8548 (MPC8548ECE.PDF). In the MPC8548E PowerQUICC III Family Bring-Up Guide is a reference to this document but on this page is no link to it. So can anybody send this to me?
