There is an application note AN4267.pdf about how to recover corrupt Flash, which could be downloaded from Freescale public Website.

Hi,

You should use Flash Programmer from CW, import P2041RDB_NOR_FLASH.xml Target Task, Add Program Verify Action, select Erase sector before program and set offset to 0xEFF80000 (last 512K of NOR).
