PCA9420 factory defaults

Hi,

I'm interested in using PCA9420 in my design, but the default regulator voltages are not exactly what I need. I see in the datasheet it is possible to have them customized in the factory via OTP.

What are the order quantities needed to do this customization? 

Is it possible to sample customized parts for prototyping/validation?

Is it possible to do the customization myself for prototypes?
