TJA1463 local wake-up pin

Hello NXP Support Team,

I'm using your TJA1463 CAN Transceiver in of my personal project and I have a question about its local wake-up pin. Can I use this pin as an output, for example to wake up a microcontroller, or is it just an input pin to be woken up?

Hi,

WAKE is just an input. On detection of a wakeup event the Wake flag is set and signaled at RXD
and ERR_N. See more in device DS and AN2002 (given in device web page under Secure files section).
