Starcore SC140 - intrinsics

Hi,

Does anyone know where to find a list of intrinsics for Starcore SC140 ? I searched the freescale document website but couldn't find a intrinsic manual.

Hello

Available intrinsic mainly depend on the compiler you are using.

If you are using CodeWarrior for StarCore V2.x.x,

    - Take a look at following manual: {Install}\Help\PDF\MW Enterprise C Compiler Manual.pdf.

       Chapter "Using the Metrowerks Enterprise C Compiler", section "Language Features"

       -> "Intrinsic Functions" contains a list of the intrinsic functions available and what they are doing.

    - Also look at {Install}\Release_Notes\StarCore_Notes\Compiler_Notes\undoc_intrinsics.txt.

      There are some additional information in there, which did not make it to the Reference manual.

If you are using CodeWarrior for StarCore V 3.x

   - Take a look at following manual: {Install}\Help\PDF\SC_StarCore_C_Compiler_Reference.pdf.

       Chapter "Using the Freescale StarCore C Compiler", section "Language Features"

       -> "Intrinsic Functions" contains a list of the intrinsic functions available and what they are doing.

There are some general recommendation around which intrinsic a StarCore Compiler should support in the "SC100 Application Binary Interface " (MNSC100ABI) manual available on Freescale web page.

Look at "Chapter 3 High-Level Languages Issues".

I know it is a wrong place to ask, but the version 2.xx came up.  I'm looking for getting CodeWarrior for StarCore DSP Version 2.5.2 to debug my VOIP problem.  I got V2.5.1 installed, but it is not working correctly.  My document called out for V2.5.2.  Also, I got a V2.7.2 update from Freescale.  But I couldn't use that to update my 2.5.1.  So, please tell me where I can download V2.5.2 of CodeWarrior For StarCore.  Thanks!
