PTN5110 ALERT pin is always at a high voltage level

I have a chip PTN5110. The alert pin is always at a high voltage level. Inserting the device did not respond. Below is my schematic diagram ， PTNT5110 's data of register and device tree.

Hi,

Looking at your schematic, I see you have the ALERT_N pin correctly pulled up to VDD through a 10k resistor, so there is probably some sort of SW problem.

Please refer to the AN12137 for more information about the ALERT_N interrupt pin as well as related ALERT and ALERT_EXTENDED registers.
