KW38 IOT TOOL OTAP upgrade?

May I ask, when using iot tool for tap upgrade, I put the new firmware.s19 on my phone and can read the file, but after clicking "Upgrade", the progress bar does not go away, may I ask what is the problem?

My KW3 development board uses the program is frdmkw38_otap_client_l2cap_credit_freertos

Sorry for my late reply. I checked the detailed guidance documentation and found some issues that could be your operation. Could you help me check it out?

Please refer to the guide <Bluetooth Low Energy Demo Applications User's Guide.pdf>. In section 5.20.5 Usage with IoT Toolbox, it said that "The Kinetis Bluetooth LE Toolbox only supports the ATT OTAP Client".

So if you want to use this demo, please try the method described in Section 5.20.4. Or have a try with the demo project "otap_client_att".

If you still have questions about the specific operation process, please refer to this more detailed guidance document.  And if there are problems while accessing this link, please let me know.
