Is there a SPI controller, like the PCF8584 (MCU <--> I2C), but instead does (MCU <--> SPI)?

I am looking for a SPI controller.

MCU Parallel bus <--> SPI controller <--> SPI devices

I have a product that has cards that connect my MCU's address and data lines.
I need a SPI controller IC that can be address over the bus like the PCF8584 can, but instead of controlling I2C devices, I need to control SPI devices.

Any suggestions?

I am afraid that we do not have a device with such features. In this case, our portfolio just have the Parallel to I2C bus solution. Please accept my apologies.
