Help for MHVIC915NR2 design files

any one can help me get s2p file and model for 

MHVIC915NR2 transistor

All PFP16 PACKAGED DEVICES including MHVIC915NR2 were discontinued in 2012.

The MHVIC915NR2 was replaced by the MW7IC915NT1.

We don't have any design files for the MHVIC915NR2.

I know it is old part , but I have some of it and I need to make design for it 

nxp must have the file in database , it is not good that make transistor and sell it then after 10 year there is no file for it ! 

what I should do with the transistor that I have now ?
