Unable to download MQX 4.1 because of cgi-bin

I have been trying to download MQX 4.1. I was able to successfully download MQX 4.0.

However, MQX 4.1 is delivered via cgi-bin. My company blocks any access to cgi-bin.

How can I get MQX 4.1?

  Does this direct link work for you? https://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/download/license.jsp?colCode=FSLMQXOS_4_1_0_BSP

  Make sure you're already logged into Freescale.com. It should be the same download process as 4.0.1 and any other Freescale software requiring a click through license. Else in worst case you can try downloading it at home and putting it on a USB stick.

When I click on the link, it takes me to the license agreement. I click 'Accept'. I get to a page that says the download should start shortly. It doesn't.

The page points to a direct link. I click on that and I get the cgi-bin denied error from our network.

I don't see any browser messages about pop-ups that need confirmation.

I've used IE Explorer 8 and Chrome. Both have the same symptoms.
