Hi:

Is there anyway to launch debug trace on individual core in MPC5748?  I have set up Z2 with SDK.  I try to launch debug trace. However, after some wait, the following message comes out :

Error in final launch sequence
Failed to execute MI command:
-target-select remote localhost:7228
Error message from debugger back end:
localhost:7228: The system tried to join a drive to a directory on a joined drive.
localhost:7228: The system tried to join a drive to a directory on a joined drive.

Is there a way to debug and trace program from individual core, and how????

Thank you

James

Hi,

expected use case is either to launch debug session for single boot core only or to launch debug session for all cores using "Launch Group" debug configuration.

Regards,

Lukas

Hi Lukas:

I found some examples of multi-core. I realized that "debug" can only launch on boot core.

Thanks

James
