Hello,
i have a huge problem with programming my lpc1114. When i want to debug example program and send it to the lpc1114 there is no problem, but when i modify example program or i want to send my own program board is reacting for the try of programming and it's still using previous (example) program. Did anyone have similar problem?

That are beginner problems. Read the LPCXpressoGettingStarted.pdf again, watch the Videos and then describe your problem more detailed (and / or post your project).
Probably you have just forgotten something...
