Which kind of LPC NXP as replacement for LM3S6965?

Thank you

Don't know what peripherals you really need, but a good place to look for new chips is parametric search page of NXP M3:

Why not keep going with TI? NXP is probably not the right controller family for you.

I did not compare the chips bitwise. I think it shall be okay to give a hint.

But I can tell you a little secret. Look for LPCs "SSP" interface. But don't tell anybody. It's a secret.

Merry Christmas!

LPC1776 would be a choice, I think.
Welcome to the world of LPC controllers! :-)
