I am getting the following error when I am trying debug PNev512b eval board using compiler LPCXpresso v7.5.0 [Build 254] [2014-10-31]  .
"NFC Reader Library V3.010 for PNEV512B - V3.010_R2.exe"

Just to follow up on our previous response, I suspect that if the board you are using is fitted with an LPC12xx MCU, then the issue you are seeing is related to the watchdog timer being enabled in the application that is programmed into flash:

If this is the case, then you ought to be able to recover by booting into ISP:

http://www.lpcware.com/content/faq/lpcxpresso/regaining-debug-access

Which LPCXpresso board are you using to host the PNev512b board?
