Due to windows 10 issue bootloader of my FRDM K22F OpenSDA MCU corrupted. I have downloaded the binary file of latest OpenSDA bootloader and I have ULink 2 device to update the firmware.

Please suggest some utility to update the firmware directly to board. I don't have Keil IDE.

I don't have a ULink2, so cannot help you here.

But you can get a Segger J-Link EDU for $20. It comes with a flasher utility which you can use to program the binary.

Or get a LPC-Link2 ($20) and you can use the Flasher Utility in MCUXpresso IDE.

See Using Eclipse to Program Binary Files to an Embedded Target | MCU on Eclipse

I hope this helps,

Erich
