UART initialization With RTS CTS signals in K50 subfamily

I just started Kinetis controller. We are using MK50DX256CLL10 in our project and i want to interface UART using RTS,CTS. I want to test UART peripheral without using any driver functions. i want to create Bareboard project.Is there any UART example that shows how to initialize and access UART?

Hi,

I would suggest using Processor Expert to generate an sample project for UART.

Processor Expert is a software tool that integrated into CodeWarrior or KDS and it is very easy to generate the drivers for each module of Kinetis.

CodeWarrior and KDS (Kinetis design studio) both can be downloaded from Freescale web site.
