CW10.5.1 license erro

hello,I applied a trial license for CW10.5.1 as my license has been expired.But when I replace the old license in CW folder,and restart CW, it comes a erro like below:

would some one know how to solved it?

Please check whether your license file is deployed in C:\Freescale\CW_PA_v10.5.0\PA\license.dat.

Please check whether you could find the key in Win32_PLUGINS_DBG_PPC in your license file, if no please regenerate a valid license file.
