The freemaster can't work normally in some conditions.

My problem is  the freemaster can't work normally in some conditions.
The CPU is DSC56F8257. The CCS connects the computer well and the codewarrior can work well, the freemaster can also connect  the codewarrior and work normally. However, as long as the DC-DC converter(The DSC demo is connected to the converter and provide the PWM signals to the converter) is power  on, the freemaster stop running, and doesn't work(as attached below).So, I can't debug the PI parameters in real time.

This problem has confused me for a long time.

It seems you've reported the same problem on Service Request process.

I've found the SR 1-1325510401 regarding this problem.

Colleague answered your SR the April 16.

We recommend you to continue to use the SR if you need more details about this issue.
