We are using MIMXRT1176AVM8A in our design. Initially the board was working. In between we are facing some failure issues in some of the boards. The screenshot of the error showing is shown below

We are using the frequency 1GHz and using internal DC-DC converters, external PMIC not used.

Hi,
Thank you for your interest in NXP Semiconductor products and for the opportunity to serve you.
I think I need more information about the issue, so I was wondering if you can introduce the testing environment, for instance, the schematic, debug tool, etc.
In further, what's the ratio of arising the issue?
Have a great day,
TIC

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
Maybe you can try this trick to recover.
1) Set the MCU would enter to Serial Downloader.
2) Power on the board, debug the demo project.
3) After that, power off and recover MCU to the previous boot setting, then power on again.
4) Give a debug again.
Moreover, I was wondering if you can upload the schematic of your board.
Have a great day,
TIC

We had tried this option, but it didn't works. What may be the possible reason for this failure. Initially all boards are working fine. In between we are getting this issue. After replacing microcontroller it works for three times, after that same error is showing while flashing

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
It seems a bit weird, whether you can share the schematic of the customize board.
Have a great day,
TIC

We had replaced the microcontroller in one board. Initially it was working, but after some time the same error is showing during programming. But the controller is still working with the old flashed code.
