i.MXRT1064 Power Issue

Hi all, I am using i.MXRT1064. While we power up processor, voltage doesn't appears across DCDC_OUT net (LDO). I have gone through multiple similar threads in this forum and also through power up sequence given in hardware reference manual. During debug we have found that except DCDC_Out net all other voltages are working. CLK is working. PMIC_ON_REQ is 0.9V. Can anyone help regarding this? pl. give more detail regarding PMIC_ON_REQ signal. Thanks, Dipesh

Hi Dipesh,

Could you please share how are your connections for DCDC_OUT? Additionally, please also make sure that:

1) DCDC turn-ON sequence is implemented in firmware as per reference manual topic 18.6.1.

2) PSWITCH and PMIC_ON_REQ are both high (Because it's mandatory to be high to enable DCDC). You can refer to our board schematics to see appropriate connections.

3) 1ms delay (reset time) is provided to enable DCDC after DCDC_IN powered up.
