Hello,

I want to use the Gigabit Ethernet to do MAC to MAC without PHY (RGMII to RGMII) on RT1170.
Does this work?

Yes, ENET 10/100Mbps can use MAC-to-MAC without phy.  But only RMII interface can support it.

Daniel

@WJC

RT1170 does not support MAC TO MAC connection without PHY.  Because RT1170 doesn't have delay line inserted on rx/tx data sampling capturing path, so timing will not match.
