Why are open questions often marked as "Answered" when they are not ?

I have seen a few times that questions suddenly are marked "Answered" by NXP staff when they clearly are NOT answered. This has also been brought up by others here.

One such case is this: https://community.nxp.com/thread/493063

My original question has clearly NOT been answered, I'm fully aware that I just could copy the files from an old SDK, but that was NOT what the questions was about !!

Would be nice if there was payed a little more attention to this in my opinion

Hello Carsten Groen,

Don't worry about it !  You question has a fixed case number in our system, I can see it at any time.

I answered your question again on "WHY", see it's link, please!

Thanks weidong.sun,

but you see, as I wrote initially, there are quite a lot of questions asked by people that are just "assumed answered" when they in fact are not.

Much like this one, still no explanation why questions (in general) are marked "answered" before they actually are :smileywink:
