blhost configure-memory vs configure-quadspi

Contributor II

For blhost, I noticed that the older version uses configure-quadspi vs. configure-memory. We are having to use the older version of blhost that has been built for the ARM architecture for

* would we be able to use the blhost with configure-quadspi option in place of configure-memory and if so what input parameters would have to change if necessary?

* was there any underlying code change for configure-memory vs. configure-quadspi when blhost changed from old to new version?

* is the quadspi enumeration via flash_id the same as configure-memory enumeration for memory_id?

Thank you for your interest in NXP Semiconductor products and for the opportunity to serve you.
In my opinion, you'd better to contact the author of the variant Blhost for the ARM architecture or review the source code to check the parameters of configure-quadspi command.
Further, it's another option is using the Blhost -help command for help.
Have a great day,
