TTS - text to speech on i.MXRT in offline mode

Hi All,

Does NXP have any text to speech (TTS) offline voice generation tool for the i.MXRT series or other ARM M series cores? The tool may be from a third party that NXP does not directly support. Does anyone have experience with TTS on ARM-M? I have only found tools for speech recognition but not for text to speech.
