SEMC Serial NAND

Hello All,

 I am working with iMXRT1176, I have one query like, Is it possible to interface Serial SLC NAND flash via SEMC1 and boot the MCU ?

Also with above configuration , is it possible to use SDRAM and SLC NAND Flash on SEMC ?

(example: NAND Flash MX35LFxGE4AB)

SEMC can only work with Raw NAND (ONFI 1.0), you can use FlexSPI to interface Serial (SPI) NAND (JESD216).

it is possible to use SDRAM and Raw NAND Flash on SEMC
