RT1050 SDRAM choices

The SDRAM used in the EVK (IS42S16160J-6BLI or IS42S16160J-6BL) is not in stock. I found a similar one that's in stock, IS42S16400J-6BL. Datasheet link: https://www.issi.com/ww/pdf/42-45s16400j.pdf 

This part seems to work, but would like to confirm with NXP FAEs.

Hi @scott-OpenBCI ,

This is a good question. But I'm sorry that RT1050 doesn't support this device. It has 8-bit column address, but RT1050 support 9-bit for minimum.

I found ISSI IS42S16800F-6BL to meet EMC spec. Datasheet link: https://www.issi.com/WW/pdf/42-45S81600F-16800F.pdf

Would like your confirmation this SDRAM can work with RT1050. Thank you!
