OM13790 USB C Shield SDK Documentation

Im using the OM13790 shield to see how difficult it would be to add usb-c pd and negotiation to an existing IMX1050RT project.

I've managed to download the SDK and I see some examples, but is there any documentation anywhere for the SDK?

The example code is a mess of if defs and there's no API information, not even a comment about how to use anything.

The SDK is really just a usb->pd folder with what I guess are PD negotiation drivers. What about configuring DFP/UFP? What about an I2C API?

I hope I'm just not finding the documentation.. because it seems crazy to sell this device as a revolutionary 'plug and play' solution but offer absolutely no documentation.. I'm going to spend forever trying to reverse engineer the examples, it looks like
