I had been using NXP Boot Util to flash my iMXRT over USB-HID while in ISP mode. But now WIndows 10 is not recognizing the USB device:

To provide you better support I have a couple of questions. Are you using a custom board with an RT106x? If so, when you mentioned ISP, do you mean serial downloader mode?
