Hello,
We are using i.MX RT1052. As far as we can see in the datasheet, the minimum storage temperature is -40°C. Has the test been done at -55°C? Is there information that can be given for -55°C?

Hi,
As mentioned in the datasheet stress beyond the maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to the device. Unfortunately, we do not have data at -55° as we cannot guarantee functional operation with ratings that are out of spec.
