Does NXP provide tool to test i.MXRT10xx SDRAM timing?

As title, I remembered that NXP has a tool named like DDRx_test to verify i.MX6 ddr timing, but does RT10xx have?

unfortunately such tool is not available for i.MXRT.

MCUXpresso has evkmimxrt1020_sdram_ini_dcd.c,SDRAM_Init() in evkmimxrt1020_sdram_init.jlinkscript,
examples which may be useful.
