how to enable android automotive os for imx8m evk board and what is the procedure for that?

what and all support is there for imx8m board?

Unfortunately the i.MX8M it is a non Automotive device, so Andriod Auto, it is not in our development for i.MX8M  but we have the option for the i.Mx8Quad Max and the i.MX8X  which both devices are Automative Grade, the instructions or procedure for flashing an Android Auto, it is basically the same steps for a Regular Android Image.

I have applied car patch for the android 9 pie source code then i have built and flashed on the imx8m evk board, now i am able to get the car functionalities , applications and services on the imx8m evk board, so is it supporting the android automotive?, can we get some car data through the vehicle hal to the kitchen sink application?

please clarify this.
